Our goal is to create a relaxing and soothing atmosphere for our clients. We realize certain places are appropriate for adults only and hope you will understand this as well. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the salon, spa or lobby.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your product; if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase (with the exception of tools/brushes/and products that have applicators which touch the body). The refund will be issued in the same tender that the product was purchased. If you wish to make return more than 30 days after purchase, you will be issued a product credit for the full amount. Special orders are non-refundable. While our policies are firm, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
Upon arrival, please turn the ringer to your cell phone off in consideration of others.
At Peter Conte, your appointment(s) will be scheduled to allow enough time to complete your service. Please assist us by being prompt. If you arrive late, your service(s) may have to be cut short in order to accommodate the next appointment. For spa services, we ask that you arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to provide yourself time to prepare and relax before your treatment(s). Our staff has different creative styles and talents. Please feel free to try another stylist, esthetician and massage therapist as we are a team of professionals.
We offer gift certificates for specific salon or spa services, a spa packages or monetary amounts of your choice. Gift certificates are not refundable and are subject to price increases if not redeemed within one year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates may be purchased through our website.
Services outlined in a specific package cannot be substituted for other services. All spa services must be used in the same day. Deposit required upon booking.

Please note 50% of the total services cost(s) will be charged if a client does not call to advise they are unable to keep their appointment. We require 48-hour cancellation notice for spa and multi-salon services; 24-hour cancellation notice for all other appointments.
